Room and space reservations are managed through a calendar that can be viewed online (click here). Event-holders must register with Circlecenter in advance to be able to book space. To help ensure smooth bookings, all event, group and private session reservations must be arranged through the space coordinator. (email us at firstname.lastname@example.org)
Space rental reservations require payment at time of booking to be considered confirmed. Re-occurring events can make payment arrangements on a monthly basis. Please email for rates. Reservations are not confirmed until a confirmation email is received back from Circlecenter.
Space rental is available 10am to 10pm on weekdays, and 10am to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday, by advance reservation. Outside normal hours may be possible via arrangement with the space coordinator.
Space reservations can be changed or canceled with the following notice:
For group events, we give full refunds if written or phone cancellation is given with more than 30 days notice.
If less than 30 days notice, but more than two weeks notice is given, we give 50% refund for cancelation.
Less than 2 weeks lead time on cancellations will require payment in full.
For Individual session space reservations, we ask for at least 24 hours written notice on changes. We do not give refunds on private session rental, but we can apply the rent to a future booking for private sessions if notice is given 24 hours in advance or more.
Please understand that refunds or changes are not possible with less notice, because we plan, prepare and block off the space according to advance reservations, and must charge accordingly.
